Dear Creddyfriends,
since I sold all my rights to mobile contents
(cell phone logos, animations, wallpaper, themes, in short
anything to do with cell phones), it's no longer allowed to
offer the above for download on your own website or to
redistribute. Nothing changed for your own private use.
The same applies to the 3-D sheets. You can
make the sheets for your own use but you CANNOT offer these on
your website for download or for sale.
Attention! Violation of these terms is punishable by law!

| 1.Do I have to put a
copyright of Creographix on my work (tags, letters etc) every
time? Answer: It is not
necessary to link each graphic, a banner placed on your hp
is enough.

forward creddy tubes?
Answer: No, please don´t forward it. Since begin 2009 the
creddypictures are on
www.creddy.at zu download. We don´t send them to
any tubegroup. But because it was allowed till now, it is no
problem, that some tubes ghosts through the Internet and it
is also not bad :-)

| 3.Am I permitted to use the
creddy bears in clubs, communities, blogs etc.?
Answer: Of course you can use it in
clubs, communities and blogs too, as long as you are not selling your products with
the bears on it.

| 4. Do I need
a special permit to use creddy bears?
Answer:
No, the rules stated here are for
everybody.

| 5. May I print the tags,
stationery etc. that I made with creddy bears and give them to
friends and family? Answer:
Of course! As long as you don’t sell it and it is a gift,
there is no problem.

| 6.On my
website, can I offer creddy bears for download?
Answer: You are allowed to offer up to 40 creddy bears on
your own web page if you link them to the main page

| 7.Do I have
to link the tags, stationery etc I made with Creddy bears to
your webpage?
Answer: It’s not necessary but also not against the rules.

| 8. Can I use Creddy bears
for sign tags, stationeries, e-cards, globes etc.?
Answer:
In general, you can use creddy bear tubes on anything for
private use. As long as you don’t make any money with the bears,
you can use them.
